Submitting artwork for consideration does not guarantee acceptance. Display in physical galleries is selective. There are no fees to list accepted art online, but physical gallery display may involve fees.
4. Product Sales and Fulfillment
All artwork is original and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales are processed securely. Shipping is free. Local deliveries may be hand-delivered by the artist where applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, or the purchase or display of artwork, beyond the amount paid by you.
6. Modifications
We may modify this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Terms and Conditions for Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
REFUNDS: We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases made at our gallery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, and we will provide a full refund. Refunds will only be made if the item is returned in its original condition, without any damage or wear and tear. EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange an item if it is not to your liking. You may exchange your purchase within 14 days, provided that the item is in its original condition and has no damage or wear and tear. You must pay the difference if the item you want to exchange is more expensive than the original purchase. RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, without any damage or wear and tear. In such cases, we will issue a coupon code, which you can use to purchase another item from our gallery. Shipping for returns is at the customer’s expense. If you wish to return a painting, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our gallery. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for the item, as we will not be held liable for any damages or loss during transit. SPECIAL ORDERS: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items or special orders. You must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or invoice) when making a return, exchange, or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund if the item is not in its original condition or has been damaged or worn.
