Each piece begins when I choose the nature that I am going to use. Then through a freezing process, I create between 3 and 8 layers until I get the result you see. Each piece takes from 1 week until the necessary time.

Nain Leon

Nain Leon is a multidisciplinary artist who was born in Mexico City and currently based in San Antonio, Texas, US. His work shows different places where some characters cohabit. These characters can be objects, animals, humans, nature, or himself. The elements that have a role in the image sometimes are removed from their context to make them be a part of a different reality. This way all the pieces are together within the set, they contrast, complement, and unite with each other to compose new worlds. He has had exhibitions in Mexico, Canada, and the USA.
